Josh has had a lifelong love affair with Shakespeare's plays, and is thrilled to be performing with the Portland Columbia Symphonic Orchestra for the first time. Some of his favorite past roles include King Henry in Henry V, Edmund in King Lear, Valentine in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Peter in The Zoo Story, and Haemon in Antigone.

Josh previously served for three years as a guest artist in the theatre department at George Fox University where he taught Shakespeare and directed several plays, including The Tempest. He holds a B.S. in Theatre Arts from Portland State, and is a graduate of the American Musical & Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City. Josh also serves on the Gresham city council, owns a small commercial real estate development company, and previously served as the vice president of the Gresham Center for the Arts Foundation board.
